Do foreigners need to make any notification after their work permit is considered a residence permit?

A work permit or work permit exemption replaces a residence permit in accordance with Article 27 of Law No. 6458. Foreigners who come to Turkey with a work permit must apply to the Provincial Directorate of Immigration Management and register in the address registration system within twenty business days from the date of entry.
