Since Engineer Mehran Mahsafar has carried out important activities in African countries in the field of introducing the Black Sea region of Turkey and its undiscovered capacities, in this regard, as the chairman of the International Black Sea Region Association, he also referred to the introduction and widespread invitation of the African Union to the Black Sea region of Turkey.
